We want you to fall completely in love with your chosen piece. If an artwork doesn't harmonize in your space as envisioned, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
How to Request a Return
- 1Notification: Email us at contacto@forloveatart.com citing your order number within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- 2Secure Repackaging: Carefully place the artwork into its original protective carton with corner protectors and certificate.
- 3Courier Pickup: We arrange an insured courier collection directly from your doorstep on your chosen date.
- 4Full Refund: Upon studio inspection confirming pristine original condition, we issue an immediate full refund to your original payment method.
Conditions for Acceptance
- The artwork must remain undamaged, unaltered, and without marks.
- The original physical certificate of authenticity must be included.
- Only custom-commissioned bespoke portraits are exempt from standard statutory withdrawal.
